Colorée Fabrics Ghana is a fashion retail business based in Ghana, selling clothing, fabrics, and accessories. We operate the website at coloreefabrics.com.
References to "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms refer to Colorée Fabrics Ghana. References to "you" and "your" refer to the customer using our website or purchasing our products.
2. Placing an Order
By placing an order through our website or via WhatsApp, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. An order is only confirmed once we have accepted it and processed your payment.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent/guardian, to place an order
- All orders are subject to product availability — if an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability
- Order confirmation is sent to the email address you provide at checkout — please ensure it is correct
Orders placed via WhatsApp are subject to the same Terms. Verbal or written confirmation by our team constitutes order acceptance.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices on our website are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods via Paystack:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money)
Payment security
All payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your card or mobile money details. Your payment information is encrypted and handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Once your order has been confirmed and payment processed, the price is locked and will not change.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after payment has been made.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Ghana. Delivery fees and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout based on your selected delivery zone.
Delivery timeframes
- Accra & Greater Accra: 1–3 business days
- Other regions: 3–7 business days
Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Failed delivery
If a delivery attempt fails and the order is returned to us, you may be required to pay re-delivery fees. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Pick-up
If you select in-store pick-up at checkout, your order will be held for you at our designated pick-up location. We will notify you when it is ready.
5. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described or shown
- You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- You provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery without prior notification
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance promotion (unless defective)
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Change of mind after purchase
How to initiate a return
Contact us via WhatsApp at +233 559 304 546 or email coloreefabricsgh@gmail.com with your order reference and photos of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Mobile Money refunds may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account.
We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If something is not right, please reach out to us first — we will always do our best to resolve it fairly.
6. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, materials, and sizing. However:
- Colours may appear slightly different on different screens and devices due to variations in display calibration
- Fabric textures and patterns may vary slightly from batch to batch
- Measurements in size guides are approximate — please refer to our Size Guide for detailed guidance before ordering
These variations do not constitute grounds for a return unless the product is materially different from its description.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, courier failures, or internet outages
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
